Prior to the new GDPR rules that come into force, May 2018, we want to inform SDC AB as a customer or supplier that we act in accordance with applicable data and data protection laws.

Purpose

The data is collected and processed for the purpose of administering the requested action or as required by law. We collect the data to ensure and fulfill the agreement we have between us, as well as follow up our customer and supplier relationships.

What personal data do we treat?

We record and store information in our customer and supplier records in the form of name, email, address and phone related to your position, in the company you are working on or representing.

How do we get access to your personal information

We collect only personal information that you provide to us when you send e-mail or through other documents you provide us when you make inquiries about services or the like and then you have chosen to provide us with the information.

We hire an IT provider for our work platform where IT security has the highest priority to ensure that your personal information is processed safely.

When do we leave your personal information

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law.

Time of storage

We will retain your information until you ask us to remove them for the required time and / or legal basis.
